Director of Finance

Van is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and advises private and listed companies in respect of tax, accounting and general business matters across a number of industries such as technology, manufacturing and retail. She primarily works on structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and assisting clients with managing their tax and accounting compliance obligations.

Van has a Bachelor in Commerce and Law and is a Chartered Accountant and Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Van is passionate about community engagement and is actively involved in skilled volunteering with a few local community associations.
