Partnership Engagement Officer

As Soap Aid’s Partnership Engagement Officer, Laura O’Leary plays a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with community impact partners to deliver life-saving hygiene solutions to those in need. With a deep commitment to social impact and sustainability, Laura is passionate about connecting with new partners and ensuring that recycled soap reaches vulnerable communities around the world.

In her role, Laura contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance Soap Aid’s visibility and impact. She helps manage partnerships with nonprofit, corporate, and government organisations, supports fundraising and media outreach, and assists in the development of publications and events. Her work also spans sustainability projects, grant writing, design, and membership management—all approached with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Environmental Sustainability alongside a Cert IV in Screen Media, which underpins her dedication to creating a cleaner, healthier world through innovative and compassionate action.
