Hygiene education is important in order to effect long-lasting behaviour change and improved health outcomes. Education resources play a vital role in explaining to children, families, schools and communities that ‘cleaning hands at the right time and in the right way’ can prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

- Keep the soap separated from general room rubbish
- Keep the soap as dry as possible
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap for 30 seconds after handling boxes and packages
