Jai Leighton

Jai is a hotelier with a passion for helping people!

He is currently the General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Auckland and prior to his current role, had launched the first luxury JW Marriott branded hotels into both Australia and New Zealand with Marriott International.

He has worked for some of the world’s largest hospitality/tourism operators, in different geographical markets in Australia and New Zealand, for international hotel chains such as Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide and large scale, integrated casino/entertainment complexes with the Star Entertainment Group. Academically, Jai holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and is completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2024.

When it comes to volunteering, Jai has been a Board Director for Gay and Lesbian Tourism Australia (GALTA), was the Chief Business Officer for Out for Australia and has worked with the Queensland (Australian) Government as a Tourism Leader and as a Champion for Indigenous Employment.
