Sam is an energetic, passionate and experienced leader with a successful 17 year career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Procurement & eCommerce.

Starting his career with Colgate-Palmolive, Sam worked in a variety of roles in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney & Thailand, building an impressive and well-rounded resume across multiple disciplines and working with some of Australia & Thailand’s largest retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Metcash (IGA), Chemist Warehouse, Big C (TH) & Lazada (TH).

In 2016, Sam was inducted into the Colgate-Palmolive Hall of Fame and was awarded the prestigious President’s Cup, Colgate Australia’s highest individual honour.

In 2020, Sam became a founding Director of Woollahra Group, a 100% Indigenous Owned Manufacturing & Distribution business that specialised in procurement and supply to the Western Australian Mining Industry. Woollahra has gone from Start-up to $7M annual turnover business in the space of 3 years and currently holds supply contracts with major mining customers such as Fortescue Metals Group, Alcoa, Rio Tinto and Mineral Resources as well as leading facilities maintenance providers such as ISS Facilities Services Australia, Civeo, Sodexo & Compass Group. Woollahra’s business model is a social enterprise that gives back to traditional landowners from every purchase they receive to support Closing the Gap initiatives.

Through Woollahra, Sam has been involved in developing a co-branded Woollahra x Soap Aid Soap (480,000 units sold annually & growing!) & has led the championing of an initiative to rid the WA Mining Industry of Bar Soap waste. He most recently signed on Fortescue Metals Group & Liontown Resources to Soap Aid’s Hotel to Hands program and is supporting Soap Aid by using the Woollahra Warehouse in Malaga WA as a centralised collection point for Bar Soap waste from the mining industry in WA.
